hello hey can you hear me yes i can awesome i don't know i kept trying to click use microphone one or two and they wouldn't work ah okay no problem how's it going good how are you i'm good i'm in deep creek oh that's awesome yeah it's uh quiet oh wow it's snowing yeah my girlfriend's doing here

too there you go nice it's a little bright but i can kind of see it there yeah that's awesome oh oh yeah cool so how everything's good yeah everything's really good getting a lot of work i got another client this week oh wow yeah another website from um just uh another referral local business yeah i knew them

so it wasn't as much a referral as they just said oh we know you can do this but it's another one on the list awesome so how many yeah what are you at like now with clients and um let me check i have i love base camp too that's what i've been using mm-hmm it's amazing awesome um

one two nine ten eleven damn yeah nice twelve i didn't add one to base camp because we don't do anything with them but 12 clients right now monthly it's ridiculous so you have them on recurring deals um not officially but i do send them a bill every month it's not in writing that they have a retainer with

me but i do the same things for them every month sometimes cool yeah sweet um awesome so and husbands are good yeah cool very good all right awesome awesome yeah things are good just uh home for the holidays trying not to go crazy as and then going back to columbia yeah probably um what is it january yeah

no around christmas time my visa is still not figured out yet so yeah but anyways it's all good um and yeah basically i just on this call um i was just gonna go through just a few questions and then that's pretty much it and then like uh we'll we'll use this i don't know what where exactly but

it'll be you know probably turned into like videos blog posts um advertisements promos you know all that kind of stuff um and we can i can like share it all with you once it's all done um but yeah so that's pretty much it it's about it should take us maybe 15 20 minutes okay um this isn't the

official testimonial video though right we're just talking about the questions because i can shoot it a lot better with better lighting and everything um yeah i mean it doesn't like whatever you prefer really i mean um let me think because basically how i was gonna use this is like you know get some like raw footage and then

also um but it's also feedback that we're like documenting and stuff um so you know i think it would still be worthwhile okay if that's cool yeah i can just get a better one out that has all those questions you asked sure like the testimonials and get a nice background good lighting okay cool well then i won't

yeah then maybe we'll just hit like the core things here and then you can do a nice since you're offering that would be beautiful so yeah it'll look better and it'll sound better yeah awesome very cool all right sweet so um then i don't even have to like ask you to introduce yourself or say anything really um

we can just treat this more as like a more just like a question or feedback call then kill all right sweet so um basically what what okay what obstacle um i already know i'll just go through it anyways what obstacle would have prevented you from buying the program initially probably my probably the the plateauing that i did

for a while was what pushed me to get the program if i had continued to be rising on my own and not having someone to kind of push me up the hill i wouldn't have needed it but i got to a point in my business where everything was stagnant i was making the same amount of money for

about a year and i said what am i what am i missing and then yeah so your emails kind of said exactly what i was looking for and i hate reply boom awesome and so why did you end up purchasing the program join in our powerhouse squad well i liked the results that you had had with ian

and i knew that with the potential where my business was in relativity where you had been saying yours was as i followed your different hunger blog i thought you know with your skills ian's skills and my motivation i think i could have gone up that hill the same way you did so awesome beautiful you knew you weren't

any smarter than me that's for sure um awesome and so um what what kind of results have you achieved from this program whether it be like tangible numbers or just more like confidence and that kind of stuff both i have received probably double my salary in the first maybe four months of the program um that wasn't consistent

over the la the next few months but just reaching that height like put me over the edge i've received probably four new clients since starting the program using tools that ian's modules absolutely flat out made it easy to get them they you know the things that ian said to do and say to get a client is absolutely

perfect i said and did what he had recommended and we got it and the knowledge just behind the psychology of how people take jobs and work with clients your modules matt's modules i was able to standardize a lot of my work to outsourced workers and that gave me a lot more time to grow the business and find

new clients which i did not have the ability to do over the last few years of working i just thought i'm too selfish i can do this myself and that really sucked up the work that i was doing i was doing five dollar work for hours a day and now i'm doing 100 hour work letting other people

do the five dollar work beautiful beautiful um and like what what in particular was like your most um like which specific thing of the program did you like the most module five systemizing the business because i'm i'm pretty good at getting clients in my niche right now my local businesses and i actually didn't even define my niche

until the program module two to three i really realized who i like to work with and who benefits from my jobs the most and my work the most but it was until module five that i took how i know what people are using my work and what people can hire me to getting the job done quicker more

efficiently if something happened to me tomorrow my job you know my job could be taken over by someone else that the business can run without me now and that was not the case before beautiful awesome so basically like replacing yourself was the best best part yes not having to sit down on my computer and physically take up

time and end up making money when i'm you know off doing something more fun awesome it sounds like magic huh it is magic i used to think freelancing was every hour that you're at work is the only way you're gonna make money and that is not the case right beautiful um cool yeah and i so is there

anything that um like i guess what should we do more of for from like our perspective as like the guys running it like running the program and like helping you guys out um yeah what do you think we should do more of that's like working well and you you want to see more of it and then after

that i'll ask you about what you what you could do without or what should we maybe cut i don't know well i really really like the q a calls um i don't always have questions but when other people have a question i can kind of feed off of that right the group setting is awesome i know this

was a beta of the group classroom style um i think that would have been more beneficial than if i had hired a business coach one-on-one so that was that was probably the most beneficial to be on the same page as a handful of other people that i could reach out to and follow their success right perfect awesome

and uh yeah and is there anything that maybe we could improve on that didn't work that well or anything like that um and you can be honest well are there still two modules coming out do we still get seven modules so right so basically like the sixth one is kind of covered in module five and then like

what was supposed to be seven um which was like funnel building is to an extent like covered with like the organic marketing and that kind of stuff but um we haven't built out like the actual funnel part because we decided or realized that like to go to like 10k per month and like at least 10k per month

you don't really need a sales funnel um like specifically like a funnel built out like boom boom boom boom like you want to have like funnels and like ways to bring in clients um but basically the funnel aspect we weren't like completely sold on whether or not it was going to help like an agency um so we're

like thinking about that but um but yeah that's kind of where we're at with that and you know this stuff is like all going to be improved on and um gone back through and added and because we're both learning a lot as we go as well yeah i figured that that was the case since this was your

beta group right um but i was just kind of like waiting like okay i got through module five i'm you know i'm ready to go and i waited and i didn't really see them so i was kind of curious where they're at um right and then just how they were brought out i wasn't sure if it was

going to be once a week when i started i think i was a week behind when the class officially opened so i quickly got through module one right and the following monday the second module wasn't released until probably wednesday all right so i think just having an outline when exactly modules will start and how long it will

take to get through them right helpful as someone that likes to plan out yep yep yep yeah that's a good so i'm writing like down like we should create like a user guide to get started kind of yeah and you know like i'm learning all this stuff now that like everything everything has to have a system like

you know everything needs a process documented down um and we didn't have that in place for like many of these things so now we're gonna add that back in but like user guides like onboarding guides like you know this stuff applies not only to an agency but to anything that you're going to do really um so yeah

user guide writing that down i'm just going on a rant um so user guide you said uh with a timeline yeah timeline and i really liked what ian said um in our last video call that i shouldn't be guilty that i haven't done all of the things that the program expects i think i put too much weight

on that in the first week and i felt like i was failing throughout the weeks um right i know i'm just i need to go through it every quarter redo it reset my goals and slowly implement every piece then eventually i'll be like a speedboat in my way out of here right right perfect awesome so i'm writing

that down timeline don't feel guilty user guide like what to expect that kind of stuff um all right cool i think that's pretty much everything awesome and i think you obviously didn't have it but the testimonials would have like kind of brought me up if i was a seven on commitment at the beginning right so having these

testimonials for the next person is obviously going to fix that but i didn't need it but if i was trying to sell it to somebody else yeah yeah yeah you see success stories too yep definitely yeah i'm working on like um like i have a process built out for that already i just have to get it get

people built or get get stuff going because like i i basically was just like i was um hiring way too many people i was doing way too much stuff and i realized that and i was like all right i need to like get focused i need to manage how i spend my money a lot better and um

everything is like more efficient now um and so why did i get started telling you this what were we just talking about before that um the testimonial calls oh testimonial calls yes um so yeah basically like now i'm just focusing on um like getting this program just like completely built out getting more people in the program making

sure everybody in the program is happy um and then next will be like content and like promoting all of you guys and your success stories and everything like that probably like around the new year oh i did think of one more thing that i might have benefited from had it been in the program sure more of a

financial outline of how to handle finances maybe how to bill um because i did have to ask ian in one of the calls well what do i do when i get the credit card information so maybe setting up a procedure for taking credit cards how to build them monthly setting up retainers and how that looks right and

like you said you know just ian mentioned a financial friday thing when he goes over his expenses but for someone that's starting out they might not know what that looks like right right actually i've had an accountant for five years so i know how to do that now but for other people in the program they may not

know right yes that's really good let me write that down awesome um yeah so how to handle financial info how to set up like payment gateways how to accept payments that's pretty much it right yeah cool and what about like spending habits and like cash flow management and that stuff that would be super beneficial for people that

kind of get out of control with their um yeah that's probably for the next level i think yeah i mean right now i have a lot of small expenses i have drivers yeah i don't have like a whole office that i need to supply so right that might not work for the smaller agencies cool sweet all right

awesome all right sweet well uh say hi to the fam for me you too you're with your the rest of your family yeah do you want me to take you upstairs yeah i think i don't know it's my mom is here let's see mom i'm talking to rachel rachel hi you guys how are you good how are

you you're good how's ridgeway good it is here too what it's snowing here too is it supposed to accumulate i don't think so i don't like this thing because i can see myself and i just got out of the shower and i have funny hair and there's mom over there with her last week and i couldn't get

a hold of her again oh you know what her phone is snowing it's snowing in ridgeway it really is yeah i can see you i can see you too it's snowing here deep creeks to get the snow she said it's snowing there too mom is your ground covered lightly it's probably just like this are you working at

home i am i just got off a work call with matt oh he said set everything straight yeah he's a funny boy we're here with him and precious anna maria has she met ashley's seven hours but nate went there with his family a couple summers ago and he loves it oh you know sometime we'll have to plant

it where we are all up here together a beeler house it would be seven hours that's right so how's your mama four she is she's ready to go on a mission trip next week and it's in this country right arizona and new mexico where arizona and new mexico okay good that's awesome you're my best for that trip

i lost a call with you earlier this week but nate and i were going to tell you that he got hired as the youth pastor at our church oh you did get hired oh wonderful i i'm not surprised i'm really i kind of expected them to offer you that to both of you and how'd you do on

the photo album really good i have one more set of pictures to do on sat sunday after church and we'll have the whole directory done wonderful is the church i'm doing a little better as far as some of their stuff going on yes um one of their well the current youth pastor resigned and they um approached nate

and asked him to be hired to take over and he said yes as a part-time job and we thought that would be a little awkward since we were friends with the youth pastor but he's just happy that he's done with it and he's praying for us that it'll go well with us so it seems to be really

smoothed out has he left has he left not yet his official end date is the 31st and nate's start date is the first of january and the congregation's a little healthier yeah yeah overall the tension is not as strong leadership it's comfortable that's good you don't know anything about betty sjogren do you um no i haven't heard

from her i i get the prayer chain but last i heard she was in um she was yeah she was in elkhaven and i have the address to call or send cards okay good good isn't that where your grandfather is he's in pinecrest they're right next door to each other yeah i think she's an elkhaven it's just

a different she might leave there because they want to give her um a therapy psychiatric therapy and she doesn't want it so if she doesn't receive it then she has to go someplace else oh yeah they cut off my papa's therapy at pinecrest too because they said he wasn't getting any better he was just plateauing so they

just didn't offer it anymore yeah okay yeah it's all like medicare bs mm-hmm okay is and your mother leaves friday she leaves tuesday okay and how long is she gone um eight or nine days i'm not sure when she gets back but i think it's an eight eight day trip how is she going with the midway anybody

she's not going with anyone from ridgeway but she is going with denny her ex-boyfriend oh he's going he's going yeah he got the same email canceling the india trip and offering to do this one and he's he found out my mom was going and signed up and she's okay with it yes yes awkward no he actually was

invited to our house for thanksgiving and he came because she felt bad that he didn't have anything to do but she said they're just good friends now okay that's good i think well give my mother your love and my love and tell her to have a wonderful good missions trip i will she's a she's taking all of

her fabric i told you that but she's got it all packed up all the left like everything that's in there everything what's she going to do with it donating it to the natives why is she done with that stuff no but she found out in their culture giving is so important and they give without any stipulations and

they over give so she said i have all of this fabric and i'm not using it and if i do want to make something i can go out and get more so she's donating all of it all the wall fabric wow oh how is she packing that up i think she's got to mail it because they um

they take up collections before the missions trip if you want to donate any shoes and they'll i don't know if they provide the boxes but they might provide the shipping labels and she mails it down ahead of time and prepare for that and then be able to show up and hand it out herself she's going to indian

indians native americans native american land and helping them and she said she doesn't want to offend them by bringing toothpaste and toothbrushes you know if they they can afford that stuff so she thought something that they can use and you know make clothing or blankets or something that they can resell would be a little bit more polite

i wonder if there's anybody in bridgeway that has boxes of thread to go with this material i don't know but she did have a lot of scraps that she didn't want to take um leftovers that are usable for small projects and she donated them to my church's sewing and missions group okay so they can make dog beds

and they can make smaller items okay so she's her her sewing room is going to be empty i know then she gets to have the fun of replenishing it yes and she said she should have never bought so much anyway she should have just bought what she needed for one project because we do that all our life

i know yeah that's our gluttonous selves yeah and evelyn's good evelyn's really good yeah we just spent time with her yesterday she's starting to potty train at one year and six months wow how's that out yeah patrick's girlfriend patrick's girlfriend is good the baker sarah [Music] have you heard of sarah is she the nurse she's not a

nurse uh that was that was the ex-girlfriend from high school right um this new girlfriend is a baker from ridgeway and he started dating her a few weeks ago and baker as in she makes cakes or a baker as in that's her last name nope cakes yeah at the at the um joey's bakery joe's bakery yeah what

is with him he can't be without a woman for two minutes who's that patrick yeah he called me maybe is yeah i was good to talk to you guys i love you all have fun bye matt
