My zone of genius is communication and connection. I get energized when I’m able to interact with others—whether it’s helping solve a problem, making someone feel understood, or creating a smooth experience for a client. I naturally enjoy listening, finding the right words, and being clear and helpful in every interaction. When I’m engaged in meaningful conversations or working behind the scenes to organize schedules and follow up with clients, I often lose track of time because I’m fully focused and enjoying the process. It genuinely inspires me to know that I’m making someone else’s day easier or more productive.
