Community Platform Onboarding Demo

all right so guys um just wanted to come on give you a little bit of a demo inside the platform here oreo wants to say hi if you can hear him barking um but yeah so this is the platform this is where everything will go down this is where you're going to get access to the community to

chats uh to courses to documents events um all that good stuff all right so first of all let's talk about threads so threads are where we have general threads such as the general thread uh we have introduction so this is where all of your introductions will go once you get on board it so when you just sign

up for the platform as i think you guys already know all you need to do is answer a few questions that just helps everyone in the community get to know you and helps us and my team figure out how can we support you all right so that's the introductions thread announcements this is where myself and the team

will just be sharing announcements on a daily weekly basis um and all that good stuff and then wins this is where you guys can come and celebrate your wins we're also setting up an automation so that uh the form will be auto sent here so auto populate here but yeah any wins that you guys have drop them

in here we also have a live channel this is where you can jump in if you ever need life support or anything like that if you have any questions go ahead and jump in here [Music] and then assignments so the course the course section will auto populate your assignment submissions here so you can see steven's already gotten

a head start on you guys and has sent through some of his responses to the courses and then if you want to set up any direct messages you can do that as well with those on the platform so i'm just talking with my buddy kevin in here alright so that is the threads and messaging component next is

the courses so the courses this is where you're going to get access to all of the content and all of the daily action items daily resources that we've prepared so the first one that you guys are going to want to make sure that you review is the foundations module this is really just going to give you a

foundational understanding of the new model specifically client acquisition but we also speak to you know other things like retention and automation and are able to outline basically your journey and roadmap for the next few years and beyond here all right so this is just information and the course section the courses will also have assignments as you saw

and that is where um in the threads assignments threat is where these will be automatically posted all right so right now um for those of you guys who are new to the platform just make sure that you spend some time going through the foundations module that's really just going to help you again set the vision and get

an understanding of you know what you have to look forward to as we continue to build together all right um and then coming up is day one so this will be um going live at midnight tonight um and that's when the basically the daily action items and all that good stuff for the challenge will kick off all

right so that is the courses section we also have a document section this is more for like reference materials and information i will be sharing a lot more in here but for now um this is the main section that you're going to want to pay attention to is your onboarding which most of you guys have already done

which is great so thank you um so for onboarding just make sure you guys set up your profile picture which you guys have done accountability i've sent out your email so just get connected with your um partners there and just confirm when you'll check in you guys have already done the intros and then the last thing is

just to add the events to your calendar make sure that you are allocating time to going through the course material and implementing all the action items all right um also we have a playbook this is really just giving you like a high level overview of what to expect the next few days here we also have a pdf

version as well so that is the playbook and then lastly are the standards so this is important this is just going to outline you know what are the standards for the community nothing uh nothing too crazy here but again you know you guys are here to grow um and that's the focus right so you know we're going

to be pushing you challenging you um inspiring you hopefully but uh you know we don't want to be in our comfort zones that's not where growth happens so uh that's what we outline here all the standards our mission um i'll dive a bit deeper into this in just a moment but i want to get through all the

pieces of the platform first so there we go thank you steven for that lovely gift um so yeah that is the doc section next is the events section so all of the events are here you can see right now we're on zoom um and then i've also just blocked out some time for you guys so that you

can add those to your calendar as well so again you're going to want to make sure you complete your daily three c's so consume all resources complete all action items and then check in and share progress with your partner so yeah we basically have the rest of the week scheduled out for you guys here in case you
