Hey guys, it's Corporal Ponda here, and today we're going to talk about your eight-figure mindset. And so here's what we're going to cover. One is we're going to go over business mindset, so who you're going to close, the difference between personal problems and your business, and then how to turn your vision into reality. Then we're going to go over the automated outbound mindset. So the necessary attitude

that you need to kill it for outbound marketing is different than running a business or inbound or anything else. There's three components of a successful business that's going to help you with that mindset. We're going to show you how to create the gap, what the holy grail is as far as this mindset goes, and who really matters when you're doing that on marketing. So before I begin,

I want to jump into one thing. You attract what you are, and it's not woo-woo people hang out with people, they're similar to. That makes sense, right? People that are part of your drive, and you're in this program because you're a killer, and you want to be held accountable, you want to brag about your successes, you want to make a massive impact in the world while living

your dream life. And how do I know that? I mean, it's what we've forced ourselves to become in order to one level up and hang out with more of our dream clients like you. So let's give the business mindset. So who you are right now, I mean, you're just not going to be the same person when you're making a bunch of money, when you're getting two to

five additional clients a month. That's just the way it works. Information is not the difference between you being here and there. It's an actual transformation in who you are and how you think. And this module shows you how to transform into the 2.0 version of yourself. And you have to become the client that you want to get. You have to. So start being decisive, never think about

anything ever again. It should be a hell yes or a hell no. Having things in between takes a huge cut out of your emotion and just the decision tools. And it's going to wait, it's going to be a big toll on you. Always pay people on time and make them think you're their ideal client. Always tip, always give testimonials, say thanks, be polite. The more helpful you

are, the more you try to find out how to be someone else's ideal client, the more you'll figure out how to find your own. Okay, what's the difference between your personal problems and your business problems? Do you guys know? Well, to be honest, how you do one thing is how you do everything. And so if you see inconsistencies in your business, look for it in other places

in your life and fix those first. And so overspending in your business means you're probably overspending on your body. Make sure you sleep seven, eight hours, track it and we'll show you how to do that. Exercise, you got to eat healthy, you got to groom yourself every day, be obsessed with being world class in all areas of your life. And we literally do this with everything in

our lives and we've hired people to make sure that we're held accountable to that. Okay, turning your vision to reality. Whenever I burnt out, whenever I stopped growing my business, it was because I lost sight of my vision and dream, not because I overspent. And so here's some stages of the commitment and how to actually live your dream versus just imagine and talk about it. So there's

seven different stages. One is you're going to dream. Next, you got to get specific and define that dream, okay? Very, very specific, as specific as possible, down to the day and minute. Next is you're going to declare what your dream is to yourself, to your team, anyone that's pushing you forward. If people don't agree with your dream, they're not going to be pushing you forward. Then you

got to decide to do it. This is something that people skip. They don't make the commitment. This is the difference between people that kill it and don't, they decide before they start designing. They decide that the stream is already real and they'll do anything and everything to get there. Next is you design it, so you point them about. You break it up into chunks. Those chunks become

daily actions and routines. You got to take your dream and break it all the way down to what you're doing every single minute every day. You got to remind yourself that you're doing it for the dream, but you've got to do the actions. Lastly, it's number seven and that's deliver. Hit those daily actions. Hit that routine. If you do that every single day, there's no way to

not get your dream. If you don't do that, I can guarantee you, you probably won't get there. When you dream, when you do that first step, you got to be really big. Do stuff that scares you. Go crazy with it because there's nothing more motivating than giant, audacious goals. The ones that actually scare you are the ones that will get you to do stuff every day. I've

seen this a lot in a lot of entrepreneurs that do really well. I see these patterns everywhere and I'd be crazy not to realize what they are. For example, Elon Musk, after he had sold a company for 300 million, after he had exited PayPal, he was really successful when he ended up falling up in depression. The only way I saw him combat that depression, not personally, but

from afar, was he was like, what's the craziest thing? What's my mission that I want mankind to achieve? Why am I depressed? He kind of really dug into that and he figured out if mankind is not an interplanetary species, it's too depressing, like his reality is too depressing. You got to find out, what's your mission to Mars? He's all about Mars or bust. Not just because he

wants mankind to get there, but he personally will get depressed if he doesn't work on that mission. What do you want to be the best in the world at? It's like the usual question we get into, but what's your mission? What's something so important that you will physically feel bad when you don't do those things to get there? If it's not that level of extreme, you won't

do your daily routine. You won't get step by step methodically to your dream. You won't commit. You won't design properly. You won't go through those seven steps if it's not that important. And so guys, getting two to five additional clients every month is going to be hard work and without a scary goal, you will get distracted and you will not have enough to get through each day

and it's really about getting through each day. This is your life and your agency and we can show you exactly how to get two to five additional clients a month, not week, a month and live like a king, but it is you that has to get committed enough to do the work. So go through those seven steps, get committed in the middle, have a crazy goal, do

the daily work. Let's do this. This is your time. Now we're going to jump into tactical. So what's the AOV mindset? Where do you need to be while you're executing these outbound marketing engines? So how does this really relate to your growth machine? If it's running, it's running. It's an automated program, right? Well it's all about consciousness. Are you a conscious person right now? And what's ruling

your life? Is it your self-conscious processes or is your conscious processes? And most of growing a company is really sifting through myth and delusion. It's people saying, just close the guy when really the money's on the bank and the guy just said yes and he was just being nice. And if you conflate luck and skill for the ones that you do close, you will lose. You cannot

conflate luck and skill. You need to know what is a predictable process, what's not. And you might not lose today, but I promise you, you will lose tomorrow. Someone will eat your lunch. Someone will kill your company. And your ability to see things as they are with massive amounts of light and positivity before you seize them as they can be will be the defining factor. You can

dream as much as you want, but if you are not fully aware of reality and what's going on, you will not be successful. And obviously this sounds very obvious to some people, but in practice, there's very few practitioners in this. And the only reason you're not where you are right now is because you're not completely conscious. And so consciousness is not some enlightened state, it's just reality

at its core. You've got to look at what exists without any prejudices, any analysis, you just got to see what it is. You've got to remove emotion from it entirely. You've got to remove the stories in your head from it entirely because remove all the information that's stored in your brain and body and soul and just see it for what it is about any judgment. And if

you can do that, you'll be able to take action. And so when incoming messages come in, you're going to get a lot of other people's stories in there. You're going to get a lot of other people's negativity. You're going to get a lot of other people's responses. And so go back to taking all emotion out of it and you've got to be completely objective because a lot

of times sometimes people just talk differently online. You cannot tell tone from text. Now you will get some negative responses that people are going, don't message me. What are you doing? Is this a blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, but anyone that responds negatively to a message is going to be the worst class possible. Why does this guy have that much time that he's responding to

messages going out? Like do you go into your inbox and like someone emails you, you're like, stop emailing me. If you are, don't do that. You're wasting your time. Like there's no good outcome from that. No one's going to send you money because you started talking to this guy. Go talk to someone that's going to send you money, right? But there's going to be other people too.

And we found about 3% of people respond quickly and they want to hop on a call and they will be the best clients possible because they make decisions quick. They already know what they want and they want to learn more about what you have. Everybody else in this process, so the people that take a little bit to respond, the people that don't respond, the people that add

you but don't really say anything, like that's just limbo and you can close them and decide your level of hunger based on that, but your highest and best use of your time will be people respond quickly. If your business is small and I mean six figures, just go after, just go hard. Just book up your calendar. Your calendar is not blocked. Be hungry. I'm telling you right

now, I'm not going to let you decide. Be hungry. If that's not true, then go out to the best clients. All right, what are the three components of a successful business? Well, there's really only three components of a successful business. It's not the different departments, it's three things. What's your market? What's your niche? Who are you serving? Who are you going to fall in love with? What

is the problem they have? This is really important. It's going to be multifaceted, but you can usually break it down to one thing. What's the biggest and most important problem they have? And then what's your solution for that problem? Find a solution, take that solution to the market and see if it solves the problem. If it does, you'll get money. If it doesn't, you won't get money.

It's really that simple. Everybody goes into logistics of how am I going to deliver and case studies and who's there and who's not there? But dude, you don't need any of that. I've built businesses, let a website. I've built a business without case studies or anything. All you need to do is have a solution that solves a problem and people will pay you money. That's it. Once

you know those three components, you're going to start talking to people that are setting messages to you. You need to start creating the gap. The gap is in between the problem and the solution. Your ability to do this will be your ability to get people on the phone and close them. Your ability to pre-sell them before they even get on the phone. You're going to do this

through a bunch of questions. You're also going to do this by filling the gap. Once you have created the gap, you're going to fill it with one line. This is called the Holy Grail One Liner. If you get this right, then it's going to be so easy to get business. You'll get referrals and your business will grow viral. You've got to figure out where they are currently

with the problem, where they want to get to, and why, which is the desire.com. You're going to say, what I do is this, which is the desire.com. Get people to desire.com for your niche by doing blank. You're not going to say your specifics and by doing. You're just going to say your process. We help agencies get two to five clients a month by giving them the automated

outbound process. Does that make sense? You're going to go in and find your own Holy Grail One Liner. But first, before you do that, you're going to go in and find those three components of your successful business. Who really matters in all of this? The people coming in, the people you're talking to, what's going on, and the people that you can get on a call really, really

matter. It's very easy, especially if you don't have many calls to start just chatting away online or talking to people on their email. But when you're doing outbound, you need to be taking initiative. Don't send your call scheduler. It's in the scripts right now because it's for people that have too many calls already, and they want people that are taking initiative, but in the beginning, start suggesting

time. Certain teeth reads conversion. If you can say tomorrow at 10 a.m., people that have open calendars will jump on. Be accommodating and they'll reciprocate. The people that reciprocate your accommodations are the people that you want to focus on. Your hottest leads will ask for a call because they will be in the most pain. So focus on that. And then your hunger will dictate whether or not

you put the others on. But the ones you want to focus on are the people that ask for a call, people that reciprocate your accommodations, and then also, just don't send your calls page. Just attack those guys and make sure you're accommodating to this magical call. Awesome. So this really works, but I need you guys to shift one of your core beliefs, and it's every single room

you walk into is better off with you in it. Every single one. And a lot of people confuse this with, oh, it's because you're so good. It's because you're so goddamn good at what you do that every room is better off with you in it. And that's a good feeling. You know, puff up your chest, but it's not why every room is better off with you in

it because you are completely conscious and you're looking at reality without any prejudices. And so while everybody is searching through the BS and the myths and why things might be happening, you know exactly why things are happening because you're completely conscious. And so watching this trending again and again will remind you to look at things as they are. Look at the table that's in front of you

right now. Can you look at it without any emotion? Can you really, really look at it? If you can, you're going to have this core belief in you, and you won't feel ashamed when you're reaching out to people. You won't feel ashamed when you're saying, hey, can we help them call? You won't feel that weird imposter syndrome if you're just looking at everything completely blank. Cool guys,

here's your action items. So below you'll see a health and business tracker, a successful business worksheet, and then the gap increase in holy grail statement worksheet. So I want you to get your personal life in order. Do not brush things under the rug and be thorough. If you do that there, your business life will change. It's crazy. And you will make a lot more money. Identify your

three components for your successful business. Keep it simple. So complete the successful business worksheet there. And then identify and create questions that increase the gap and write down your holy grail statement. This will be challenging. This will be weird. Go through every single question on that sheet. It will push you past most of the blocks that people have when they're doing the outbound. And it'll also resell

you on your product and your service and your mission. So just go through there, okay? And yeah, it'll be phenomenal. Let's go. Let's go close some more deals. You guys ready? Awesome. I'll see you on the next train. Take care.
