Hey, guys, a port of a pond out here, and today we're going to go over sprinting versus scaling. Now, at this point, you know, you've already launched your test campaign, you've already gone through your initial budget, you're getting people to schedule calls, you're getting people to schedules, you know, to fill up the surveys, you're hopping on the call. These are qualified people. They're excited. Maybe you've sold

some already. Maybe you haven't, but you're ready to take the ads game at the next level. And if you're not there, I recommend going back, I recommend asking more questions. Don't watch this video. Don't be one of those guys, girls, that just watches things for the sake of watching things, then doesn't really implement them. That's not learning. It doesn't count as learning until you implement it. So

please go back, please ask questions, please solve that initial problem, because this is going to be so much fun. And so we're going to go over three things here. We're going to go over the rules to follow, which are below is an action item. We're going to go over sprinting, and we're going to go over scaling. So rules to follow. Basically, Facebook has an algorithm that they

change all the time, and we're keeping an eye on it. And based on that, you can get a little bit of a leg up and really cut your ad costs by following these rules. And, you know, it's just come from spending tens of thousands of dollars on ads. Actually, I might be at like hundreds of thousands. But that's where these rules come from. We have partners that

spend millions. And so all of us pull our knowledge together and give them to you. So that way you're not making mistakes like everybody else. And so go ahead, look at the action item, look at all the rules that are laid out. Follow those rules. If you follow those rules, your life will be super easy. If you don't, your pockets are going to get a lot lighter.

That's basically how it goes. Cool. Now, sprinting. So there's two ways to go about this. One is sprinting. The other one is scaling. Now, sprinting is if you have dialed in your offer to the point of deliverability. Okay, so you know that people are going to come in, they're going to go through a process, and they're going to be able to get delivered. Right? And so now

you can start really ramping things up and bringing in a bunch more people. And you won't be worried about things breaking. If you're at that level, and you're at that level because your process is dialed in, and you know the capacity of everybody on your team, because you have some sort of dashboard or time tracking tool to measure these things, then you go after sprinting. Otherwise, you're

going to go up to scaling. Okay. Cool. So sprinting is fast. Okay. The ways you're going to increase your success quickly is one by expanding the amount of audiences you have. So remember, we went through that process, I believe last week, where you picked audiences. Now that you know which audiences are working, which audience are working, the ones that are working, you haven't turned off, for example,

you want to go ahead and find more audiences based on those. And so use that tool that we showed you. I'll really play with it. You're going to get a lot of insight onto where to go after. Sometimes people's audiences are not even going to seem like they're relevant, but they still work because, you know, a lot of people like a lot of different things. So go

after that to play the algorithm, playing the game below, making sure that you have ad variance, and those are not getting disapproved, making sure that your pixels are set up properly, making sure that you've gone through the process that we've laid out to you. So just keep going back and make sure that you've gone through that process, and then you'll win by playing the algorithm. Three is

warm. Upping the ad spent on warm is super important. Yeah. In the beginning, I don't recommend using audience network. At this point, you can start adding audience network and all that stuff. Don't use marketplace ads. I haven't seen those work yet, but otherwise you can go after those. Number four is hot, increase your hot, retargeting budget like crazy. Again, follow the rules that are in the action

item below, but you can increase them like crazy. Five pictures, start using different pictures, start going and taking that photo shoots, but like some sort of, I don't know how to call it, some sort of candid shots, I guess start taking them, start getting better at them, start learning how to take better pictures too, and how to edit them properly. Six is hook testing. Go ahead and

try a bunch of different hooks. Hooks are basically the first couple of sentences in your ads. In the post copy, go ahead and try about a bunch of them, just like you do ad variance, ad set variance for different pictures. Start doing it with hooks too. Seven is called action testing. The second you start changing call to actions, Facebook's algorithm changes things, and thinks it's an entirely

new ad, so it'll give it more play again. Go ahead and start changing. If you had learned more before, say call now or what have you, there's a bunch of different ones that are in there. Go ahead and learn more about that. Those will kill a free, you'll start ramping up like crazy. Now, if you want to go a little slower and go really, really far, or

if you've already sprinted and you need to take it to the next level, start playing with different countries, I recommend staying in the commonwealth countries. We have way less no shows, so commonwealth is anywhere that had British rule or speak English basically, so Canada, US, I don't know if Canada was under British rule, but whatever, they're speaking English there. UK, Singapore, Australia, go after the countries that

are made predominantly English speaking, high per capita GDPs. Way more likely to show up on call, way more likely to buy on the first call, way more likely to trust you. There's a bunch of other countries in the world that are amazing, and they're like that too. I just don't know what the filter is, so you're going to have to go out and test those things on

your own. Two is angles, start writing new angles. Each angle has a lifespan, so while your angles might be working from the test budget, you want to keep switching them out, and the more angles you write, the better you get at writing angles, the larger your campaigns will scale. Three is you're going to start pooling your audiences, so if you have a couple different audiences that are

really good, but you're reaching one of those rules and the rules to follow thing below, you're going to start pooling those audiences and then running ads towards them. One thing that worked really well for us was Tim Ferriss worked really well, no, sorry, the four-hour work week really worked really well, but it didn't have a giant audience in America, but we also did decently in the digital

nomad audience, so we added them both together, and that's how we started scaling it very initially. It works really well. You'll be able to ramp up budgets, both actually all three cold, warm, and hot a lot faster that way. Four is you're going to start doing look-like audiences. Once you get your first 500 value video options, which someone that enters or email to watch the video, I

want you to go ahead and create a look-like audience for them and test your highest performing ad against that. I want you to do the same when you get 500 schedules. I want you to do the same when you get 500 survey applications and really play with it. Do 1%, don't do higher than that, especially if you're beginning, and then ask questions past that. A bonus thing

you can do is JV retargeting. We do joint ventures, what we call it, but it's basically we talk to someone else and do a rev share where we can do an email blast to their list, and then we usually load those lists into our ad targeting, so that way people are not only getting emails about going through our video, but they're also getting ads about it, and

so that really increases the one, your warm audience's audiences, but it also increases the chance of them clicking on those emails. That's scaling. Now, if you go through all these and they haven't figured them out, again, as always, ask questions. If you want more, I'll only give you more if I know you that you've gone all through all these, so I'm going to ask you questions about

that on the calls or in the Facebook group, so just come prepared, okay? And yeah, those are the three things. So here's your action items. Review the rules to follow. Decide on sprinting versus scaling and what you're going to do after your test campaign, and then sprinter scale, post it in the group so that way we know what you're doing, and then we can support you accordingly,

and come prepared to their calls and everything cool. All right, guys, I'm super excited. Let's go dominate. Let's take this to the next level.
